The Rules of Engagement.
01. Protocol Access
By initializing a Merchant ID or accessing the Alora Radar, you agree to abide by these Rules of Engagement. If you do not agree to these protocols, you are authorized to terminate your connection immediately.
02. Merchant Conduct
Asset Integrity
Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Prohibited items, fraudulent descriptions, or "ghost" listings will result in immediate terminal revocation.
The Handshake
Alora facilitates the telemetry; the exchange is between you and the local party. We are not responsible for interactions, payments, or logistics beyond the digital connection.
03. Restricted Operations
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the Alora Exchange environment:
Data Scraping: Automating the extraction of radar data or merchant logs.
Signal Interference: Harassment, spamming "Handshake" requests, or spoofing location coordinates.
Illicit Assets: Trading prohibited substances, dangerous goods, or any item violating local jurisdiction laws.
04. Connection Termination
We reserve the right to suspend any Merchant ID that compromises the integrity of the Alora community. You may purge your own account at any time via your Profile Settings.
